Amy Pressman practises in the areas of civil and commercial litigation and environmental law.
Amy advises clients in a broad range of industries relating to commercial and environmental disputes. She has particular expertise in complex claims involving product liability, environmental contamination, fuels safety, and transportation. Amy also regularly represents clients in matters relating to misrepresentation, breach of contract, fraud, termination of employment, and has experience seeking and opposing injunctive relief. Amy also has experience assisting clients with product recalls.
